My mother’s brother, died at the Battle of the Bulge in WW II. On Memorial Day we remember what great sacrifices have been made by others to protect our freedoms. In a world where we are constantly appalled by what some people will do to other people, it is important to remind ourselves what some people will do for other people. Please this weekend remember the great sacrifices that have been made by members of our armed forces.
Thanks to all who voted for me on Monday night at the Seminole County RRRAF nominating meeting. Although we did not get 60% to receive the endorsement, we were able to prevent my incumbent opponent from getting the endorsement. I am told that is quite an upset. Thanks again to my supporters.
The Supervisor of Elections has validated that the campaign has turned in 2660 signed candidate petitions; more than enough to qualify without paying a qualifying fee. This indicates the grassroots support that John has in the community. Thanks to all who helped achieve this goal.
THE MARCH FUNDRAISER FOR JOHN HORAN HOSTED BY THE HONORABLE TONI JENNINGS , SHERIFF DON ESLINGER AND CHRIS DiMARCO WAS AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS!!! SO MUCH SO THAT JOHN HAS OUTRAISED THE INCUMBENT COMMISSIONER McLEAN EVERY QUARTER SINCE JOHN GOT INTO THE RACE – AND BY ALMOST 2 TO 1!
